*Introductory session: The first session includes a special bonus. You receive a full hour and a half (90 Minutes) for the price of an hour (60 minute) session. This allows us both more time to become grounded, evaluate your condition, and simply relax. Sessions after that are regular rate. See the Hartford Massage Therapy info "fees" button for this.

*Appointments: Please be on time for your planned session. I highly suggest arriving 5 or 10 minutes early, so you can get comfortable without rushing.

If the client is late, I will work for the remainder of the session, and the full fee applies. If for some reason I am late, (of course I pledge full punctuality, as I have to prepare the room in advance),the client receives the full session, plus bonus "make good" time at no charge.

If you would like to receive massage therapy on a regular basis, please consider setting a Hartford Massage Therapy "preventative maintenance" schedule, a few weeks in advance. I will customize a goal plan for you.

*Confirmations: I always check in to remind you about your session 24 hours in advance.

If I am, for some reason, not able to perform the massage work (injury, sickness, emergency etc), we will reschedule for a later time and some bonus "make good" time will be added in. If I can, I may be able to refer you to another CT Massage Therapy practitioner for that missed session, if you think that might help.

Often, I use email to confirm the sessions. I have found it to be convenient for my CT massage Therapy clients, and they can respond to it quickly without a phone call disrupting their busy work day.

If I don't hear from you by email the morning of the session, I may call you at whatever number you have deemed to be the best for that time of day.

If the client does not appear for a planned, confirmed session, the client will be charged the full rate. This fee is waived on the first introductory session, however.

Special exceptions will be made under distress or extraordinary circumstances. If you have a mobile phone, Please call me if there is a traffic delay, etc. Sometimes I do worry about my people.
